Welcome to Forest Chiropractic Office in Fremont CA. You may schedule an appointment on line or you may call the office at 510-792-8407. If you are a new patient your appointment will last about 40 minutes. The preferred time for a new patient are Tues. or Thurs. at 2:00pm, 3:15pm and 4:150pm. Saturday new patient time is at 9:00am. For other times call. If you are an existing patient you may schedule any time, but it is best to not set an appointment during the new patient times.
